Two artists participated in a simultaneous screening and live broadcast in two different time-zones. The project aimed to establish a short temporal (dis)connection between two contexts. Two videos were simultaneously projected in the two different venues while shown in an online platform via live stream. Artists, curators, and the public connected across two different continents for a brief moment in time. The project addressed issues of spatio-temporal interrelationships between virtual and geographical spaces, technology and contemporary art. It was inspired by Marta Minujín, Allan Kaprow and Wolf Vostell's global happening 'Simultaneity in Simultaneity,' 1965.

'Overdue Synchronicity' obtained the Camaradas Award (2014), given by the Embassy of Mexico in the U.K. Subsequently, re-staged at Pinta Art Fair, London.
