This project lingers in a contingent state between being and not-being. It is inspired by Herman Melville's short story Bartleby, the Scrivener: A Story of Wall Street. It is an attempt to exhibit and not-to-exhibit; a gesture of resistance, withdrawal, and 'preferring-not-to.'
